Is there any ideas on how to jam the 21 Mbps Huawei UMG1831-3G External USB Modem?

I’ve heard that Chinese spies can use Huawei’s hardware security gaps to track our traffic activity and to get our personal information. So I would like to have a possibility to jam that modem when I want.
